Winemaker Notes

Ruby red color with sour cherry and vanilla notes. Medium-bodied, dry wine with good acidity and soft tannins. Very well balanced, with a good complexity and a red cherry finish.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with antipasti, rich salads, grilled vegetables, and hearty soups. It also complements pasta dishes, breaded veal, pork, chicken with light sauces, and even pizza.
