Winemaker Notes

Valduero has a clear purpose: to elaborate Reservas and Gran Reservas. Valduero 2 Maderas ages for three years. Intense, lively garnet with a high colored. Fruity aromas and balsamic notes, with details of cumin, cloves and nutmeg. A very well structured wine. Important aftertaste. Serving temperature: between 12ºC and 16ºC.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with braised beef dumplings, sirloin steak, and lambs heart.
