A proprietary assemblage of fruit from the Dragon and Rattlesnake Ridge vineyards, all certified organic. Intense and incredibly aromatic, like a cold snowy morning on a mountaintop. Ripe brambly fruits, dried herbs, serious & satisfying, with long lingering tannins and a brooding yet gratifying finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with dry-rubbed baby back ribs, grilled tri-tip with a peppercorn crust, or well-seasoned grilled lamb chops.
