Lifted floral notes, grapefruit and white peach. Distinctive flavors of passionfruit and sweet lime intermingled with layers of minerality. The mid palate is rich and textured with a mouth-watering acidity.

Pairs well with seafood like Tempura oysters, steamed mussels, locally-caught sashimi, as well as goat’s cheese roulade, tomato, lemon, and vinaigrette dressings.
