Romuald Petit Chirouble 2020

Category:

Gamay from Beaujolais, France

Tasting Notes

This is a terrific warm-weather red, opening with bold aromas of Bing cherry, raspberry, crushed violets and a touch of granite dust. The big fruit notes continue on the palate – more cherry and red berries – with floral accents and a hint of something spicy that grows with air.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with crab cakes, poultry, or a spread of fresh fruit, nuts, and young cheeses.
