Pale yellow, this has a classic bouquet without the simplistic overt fruit of many 2021s and showing instead the classic framework of Chablis. Racy, juicy, even some yellow fruit, excellent acid balance and persistent.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with seafood, grilled white fish, and roast chicken.
