Sixty four percent is from the original Sauvignon Blanc vineyard planted in 1959 and eighteen percent from each of Rochioli’s 35-year-old hillside vineyard and the rare clone 376. This wine is stainless tank fermented at a cool temperature to preserve its intense varietal character and firm acidity.
