Winemaker Notes

Not very intense ruby red color. Fine, delicate and persistent bouquet with hints of wild strawberry and raspberry. Pleasantly bitterish taste, velvety, light and full at the same time.

Notes of ripe strawberries and cherries with rose petals and orange peel undertones. Medium-bodied and a little chewy. Rich and ripe fruit with toasty character to it. Drink now.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with spit-roasted and grilled red meats, game, fondue with truffles, agnolotti, white and red meat dishes of the great cuisine with spicy sauces.
