Winemaker Notes

It comes from the Villages of Canale and Monteu Roero. It is a white wine of refined elegance, pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, with a characteristic taste, pleasantly harmonious in alcohol and body. Sweet and very fresh, it is persistent, with a delicate, herbaceous scent with hints of fresh fruit and citrus. The annual production is very limited, only few thousand bottles.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with Quattro Formaggi pizza, chicken milanese, pesto pizza, and seafood risotto.
