Winemaker Notes

This Barolo is presented for the first time with the 2018 vintage, and is born in Verduno. An area that enjoys less notoriety than other municipalities recognized for the production of Barolo Docg, but which knows how to give wines great expression and typicality. It has clean and enveloping tannins with a long and consistent aftertaste. The bouquet perceives floral aromas and red fruits, well blended with essences and spices.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with braised beef stew, steak tartare, and truffle dishes.
