Winemaker Notes

The color is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The scent is intense and fine, fruity and floral, persistent. Reminiscent of golden apples and green almonds. The scent of chamomile flowers is clear. The flavor is harmonious and with a marked flavor.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with tasty appetizers, seafood and fish, as well as rice salads, vegetable pies, light first courses and seafood dishes. It goes very well with soft fresh cheeses.
