Medium intense straw yellow. The nose is complex bouquet characterized by floral, citrus, tropical and mineral notes. The palate has good structure, savory, mineral, fresh and persistent.

Pairs well with fish and white meat dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to appetizers.
