Winemaker Notes

With its beautiful pale yellow color with golden reflections, this wine develops intense aromas of citrus, butter as well as some notes of white flowers. We find all the nobility of the Côte de Beaune in this bottle. On the palate, this slightly salty wine is distinguished by its tangy side and a salivating finish.

Pairs well with shellfish, pasta , rich fish like salmon or tuna.
