Tasting Notes

The 2021 Perrin Côtes du Rhône Reserve reveals a pleasantly rich red robe that is rimmed in a deep violet color when poured into the glass. Your nose will find textbook Rhone aromas of cherry and raspberry from the Grenache, blackberry and blueberry notes from the Syrah, all of which are lightly spiced with pepper and green herbs. The palate of the Perrin Reserve CdR is savory, well balanced and elegant with layers of red berry fruits, and a refreshing richness on the finish.

Pairs well with garden fresh veggie galette, roasted lapin with wild mushrooms, homemade meatballs with a hearty red sauce or buffalo burgers on the grill.
