Domaine Serene Yamhill Cuvée Pinot Noir 2021
Domaine Serene Yamhill Cuvée Pinot Noir 2021
Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon
Bordeaux Bard – 92 Points
This was a total standout and a pleasant surprise. This Pinot Noir bursts with vibrant red fruit—ripe cherry, raspberry, and a hint of cranberry—backed by silky tannins and bright acidity that give it both elegance and energy. Layers of spice, earth, and subtle oak add impressive depth and complexity for a young vintage. This bold, polished Oregon expression exceeded all my expectations, and I’m genuinely excited to explore Domaine Serene’s higher-end single vineyard bottlings next. (Carson McEvoy)
Food Pairing
Pairs well with lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs, vegetable couscous with beef meatballs, or boeuf bourguignon.
