Tasting Notes

Pouilly-Fuissé is of course the top wine of the Maconnais, or the most southerly part of Burgundy. As such, it can be a bit exorbitant. But Sangouard’s very limited-production Pouilly-Fuissés always represent great vale (as well as quality), especially this one. White Burgundy lovers are going to be very pleased with these 2022s.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with white meat like veal or poultry, and for sure goat cheese.
