Winemaker Notes

Pale color with silver reflections. Nose of white fruits with floral notes. Fresh and fleshy mouth, whose expression is typical of our terroir, greedy (apricot) but tense with a beautiful minerality.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with shellfish, lean fish, and mild and soft cheese.
