Wine Advocate – 91 Points
This domaine’s entry-level Chateauneuf is consistently forward and easy-drinking. A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre, the 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape features aromas of ripe cherries and stone fruit, plus some herbal-menthol notes. Full-bodied, silky and soft, it’s almost creamy and lush in feel, without being overly rich or concentrated. Drink it on the young side. Best after 2023
Food Pairing
Pairs well with beef, casserole, chicken, turkey, and mushrooms.
