Winemaker Notes

A natural & unfiltered red with a luscious deep dark crimson colour. A beautiful nose of herbs, violets and blueberry. Full bodied on the palate, dry, tannic with red berries, plum, cinnamon, blackcurrant, blackberry and cherries. Long dry finish, medium acidity. Can be aged or perfect to drink now.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with rich lamb casseroles, beef burgers, pasta bake or a spicy harissa chickpea stew.
