Daniel Bouland Morgon Pre Jourdan 2021
Gamay from Beaujolais, Burgundy, France
Wine Advocate – 92 Points
One of the last cuvées to be bottled this year was the 2021 Morgon Pré Jourdan, an impressive effort redolent of raspberries, cherries, sweet spices, rose petals and vine smoke. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it’s layered and charming, with attractive balance and a long, expansive finish.
Pairing Notes
Pairs well with a leg of lamb, beef bourguignon, or osso buco.
