The 2019 Granito del Cadalso shows quite fresh with some citrus notes (orange peel, tangerine) and a faint touch of smoke. It’s juicy and fluid. They did a shorter maceration and less extraction and it paid back, resulting in an approachable and quite elegant wine.

Pairs well with herbed roasted poultry or grilled trout.
