(2020 Notes) Mixed plantings of old Grenache vines. Whole cluster fermentation. Hillsides of Tortonian limestone marl at Saint Cosme chapel, in the ‘Le Poste’ named vineyard.Wild raspberries, jasmine, white pepper. Bottled unfiltered. Le Poste 2020 is ethereal, feminine, saline and has shed anything that might be pointless in a wine. Try and taste a 2020 red and white Le Poste side by side. The experience enhances the concept of origin.

Pairs well with grilled or braised meats, game, and stews, as well as mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
