Aromas of toasted almonds and cherry lead to flavors of mocha, black tea and sweet oak. Bright acidity pushes the fruit forward, leaving red cherry on the palate mixed with baking spice on the finish. This is an easy to approach red blend so will pair well with a variety of meats.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with braised or grilled red meats or fatty fish like salmon.
