This Cabernet Franc has aromatics of sweet oak mixed with savory herb. It is a medium-bodied wine with bright acid, filled with flavors of strawberry and roasted peppers. The Wine finishes with spice and herb wiht a hint of almonds.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with herb driven foods like leg of lamb with rosemary and mint jelly, Italian pastas with black olives in the mix, wild or store-bought mushrooms and sauces with vinegar like BBQ sauce.
