Unusual and unmistakable it evolves over time becoming more and more refined up to five years after the harvest, while preserving the essence and the fragrance of the grape of origin.

Dried wild strawberries lead the way on this elegant and lighter-style Ruché. Pretty aromas of rosebud, dried herb and forest floor meld well with the upfront fruit notes. Light and lean on the palate with flavors that lean more toward tart red fruits such as cranberry with a hint of aged leather on the long and toned finish.
