Winemaker Notes

Violet red. On the nose there are black olives, plums and hints of aniseeds. The wine has a full body with a soft consistency, an elegant tannin structure and black fruit that lingers on the palate.

Pairs well with cured meat, red meats, hard cheeses, and rooted vegetables.
