Winemaker Notes

Beautiful ruby red in color, with distinctive aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, blackcurrant but also leather and sweet violet. Full-bodied in the mouth but never tiring, silky tannin and lingering taste reminiscent of licorice and coffee.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with braised or grilled meats and pasta dishes with heavy meat sauces.
