Winemaker Notes

Coming from a classic, Bolgheri vintage, Promis shows a bright, ruby-red color. The nose has hints of spice such as cinnamon and star anise along with pronounced red fruits like strawberry and black cherry. The tannins are juicy and persistent all culminating in a salinity that is a classic hallmark of good vintages in Bolgheri.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with succulent roasted or grilled meats, such as lamb, beef, and game, as well as pasta dishes, like porcini mushroom risotto or truffle-infused tagliatelle.
