The Flowers Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir has notes of dried currants, ripe rose petals, and black tea. Dark cherry flavors are balanced with fresh acidity, persistent mid palate, and a lifted finish.

This has nice tension and tannic framing. Full-bodied, firm and lightly chewy with freshness, and spicy character to the ripe strawberry and cherry on the finish.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with grilled lamb sirloin with cocoa rub, veal chops, grilled duck sausages, grilled pork tenderloin with cauliflower purée.
