Mama mia! On my second bottle, and I still can’t get enough—this is an outstanding Chablis. Luscious notes of pear, apricot, lemon, and stone are perfectly balanced with bright acidity. Fantastic with food or on its own, it’s the kind of wine that makes you reach for another glass, only to find it already gone. If Old Port Wine stocked magnums, I’d be first in line! Incredible value for the quality, even at the current price. Still so young, and I can’t wait to see how it evolves… if I can resist opening every bottle in my fridge this year! (Carson McEvoy).
