Winemaker Notes

Clear yellow with green tinges. The bouquet offers a unique aromatic range including citrus flowers, exotic fruits, apricots, white-fleshed stone fruit and jasmine. Intensely fruity and well balanced palate. At once mouth-filling and fat which works in harmony with the flavours of exotic fruit and toasted brioche.

Food Pairing 

Pairs well with Pad Thai, chicken salad, tropical fruit blend, and ginger with saffron.
