This is a pure and naked expression of the Kerner grape that has few parallels in northern Italy. The Abbazie di Novacella 2018 Alto Adige Valle Isarco Kerner is silky and long with pristine aromas of white flower, honey, latex rubber and more polished, glossy aromas to follow. An enthusiastic food pairing would involve some sort of Thai dish with cilantro or lemongrass flavors.
